Our Policies

A 2 night minimum stay
is required on weekends and weekdays during peak season (Peak season is Easter through - September 30)
A 3 night minimum stay is required for
all Holidays
A cabin may be reserved with a valid
major credit card and telephone number . NO EXCEPTIONS
Reservations must be made by persons 21
years of age and over
Guests under 21 years of age must be
accompanied by a parent or legal guardian
There are no refunds for early departures
CANCELLATION POLICY
FOR NON-HOLIDAY BOOKINGS:
Cancellations must be made
at least
14 days prior to arrival date. There will be a one time $85.00
cancellation fee charged per cabin reserved, if cancellation is made with less
than 14 days notice.
"NO-SHOWS
policy" = Persons who make
reservations and do not show up on the arrival date, and who do not call
Whiskey Mountain Inn with notice. NO-SHOWS will be charged for the full time
booked. This policy applies year-round. NO EXCEPTIONS.
HOLIDAY BOOKING CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations for HOLIDAY bookings made less than ONE WEEK prior to
reservation will be charged for the full time booked. NO EXCEPTIONS.
All cabins are non-smoking.
Smoking is permitted outside only.
Whiskey Mountain Inn reserves the right to charge (up to but not limited to)
a $250.00 cleaning fee if:
A. Cabin is
not left in a clean condition
B. Smoking
has occurred in the cabin
Whiskey Mountain Inn reserves the right to charge replacement fees for
linens, bedding, and furnishings found to be missing and/or damaged in the
cabins.
Whiskey Mountain Inn
allows BICYCLES ONLY on the hiking trails and property. USE
OF ANY MOTORIZED, RECREATIONAL VEHICLES IS PROHIBITED.
Any fees incurred will be
charged to the initial credit card used to make the reservation
CHECK-IN IS AFTER 3PM
CHECK OUT IS BY 11AM
